Standard ground shipping is offered on all orders. We include two complimentary samples on each order. This offer is only valid at dlrparfums.com.

We ship to any state in the contiguous U.S. We regret to inform you that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO/APO/FPO and international addresses.

Please note that we are unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Due to shipping regulations of The U.S. Department of Transportation, a number of our products require ground-only shipment within the United States. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.

Expedited and express delivery options are not available. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping may take 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, holiday, during a special promotion, or during inclement weather it may require a little extra shipping time.

Orders submitted on our website process and ship out quickly; unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify submitted orders. We truly appreciate your understanding and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be sure to provide a safe and secure address where delivery can take place without any risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once your order is delivered to this address, please retrieve it promptly. Neither D. L. R. Parfums nor its carriers are responsible for loss, damage or theft that occurs after the carrier reports delivery to the address that was provided during the checkout process.

Please be sure to inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Remember, it is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage has occurred to the product in your shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please retain the package it was shipped in, the packing materials, the product and take images of the product. Damaged returns may result in a store credit. Contact us immediately for assistance at info@dlrparfums.com with your order number, description of the problem and images of the product.

Please note D. L. R. Parfums monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately. Any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained along with the package it was shipped in. We reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of a product in all instances.

We accept returns on all products returned to us within 7 calendar days from the date of the delivery as long as the return meets specific guidelines. All products being returned must be in the original packaging, unopened, and unused with all parts of the product and its original packaging, order form, pamphlets, and any free gift. All items must be returned in order for a store credit to be issued.

Products that are damaged, used, marked, modified, or not returned in the original packaging with the cellophane wrap still intact and sealed cannot be returned. We will not accept returns for products with crushed, creased, ripped, or missing packaging; or if any amount of fragrance is used.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing a store credit.

Any return requests made after 7 calendar days from delivery date will not qualify for a store credit.

Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable.

If your return meets the requirements as outlined in the above-mentioned Return Policy, you may return your items for a store credit. The return shipping fee will be at the expense of the customer.

To arrange your return, please email info@dlrparfums.com indicating your willingness to return all items within 7 calendar days. You will also need to provide your order number, the product you are returning, and the reason for your return.

Exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to exchange a product for another one, we invite you to place a new order and return the original product to us following all return stipulations and instructions above.
